Rygar is one of those games that gives me warm fuzzy feelings whenever I am reminded of it. I can even remember a few jumping exploits in the overhead levels (specifically the final castle) that were reminiscent of the minus world. Buggy or not, Rygar for the NES is a game that will always warm the cockles* of my heart.
Over twenty years have passed and this is still one of my absolute favorite video game audio tracks of all time. Apparently some guy named K. Praslowicz felt the same way and made a pretty awesome remix.

You should see if they sell the soundtrack. When I went to Super Potato in Japan they had soundtracks to seemingly every game.

I was just talking about Rygar today.. odd coincidence!
It has been twenty years already? Damn. I still remember the cold winter morning when I first played Rygar at my cousin’s. I had absolutely no idea what it was about or what I was doing, but it was a whole lot fun.
Double damn. Its already nearly ten years since this track was laid down. Now I’m feeling old.
Glad people are still listening to it though!
